GPS Evidence: We use real-time GPS tracking. The moment a rider hits "Delivered" at your coordinates, the service is legally complete.
The 5-Minute Rule: To keep food fresh for everyone, riders wait only 5 minutes. No-shows are charged 100%.
NF Delivery is a Technology Provider. Food quality, hygiene, and allergies are the direct responsibility of the Restaurant. We facilitate the connection, not the cooking.
Once an order is "Accepted" by a kitchen, costs are incurred. Cancellations after this point are not eligible for refunds. Claims for missing items must be supported by photos within 10 minutes.
