Rider Agreement

NF Delivery is not responsible for any road accidents, injuries, or fatalities involving the Rider or third parties. The Rider acknowledges they are an independent contractor and must maintain their own personal and vehicle insurance.

The Rider warrants that they hold a valid Driving License and vehicle registration. If a Rider's license is expired or forged, the Rider assumes all legal consequences. NF Delivery reserves the right to terminate access immediately if documents are found to be fraudulent.

Riders are not employees of NF Delivery. You are a freelance service provider. You have no claim to employee benefits, insurance, or worker's compensation from NF Delivery.

Stealing food, tampering with packages, or marking items as "Delivered" without reaching the customer GPS location is considered theft and will be reported to local authorities.
