Version 2026.1 - Merchant Protection
The Merchant (Restaurant Owner) is 100% legally liable for food quality, hygiene, and safety. In case of food poisoning or foreign objects found in food, the Merchant agrees to indemnify NF Delivery from all legal claims, fines, and damages.
NF Delivery is a Technology Service Provider only. We do not cook or sell food. We only provide the platform to connect users with merchants. No payment received by NF is for the food itself, but for the service of delivery and tech.
Any attempt to manipulate prices, send incorrect items intentionally, or provide false restaurant locations will result in a permanent ban and withholding of current payouts to compensate affected users.
